Wedding at Snow Valley

The forecast was calling for rain all week for Tamara + Dave’s Snow Valley wedding. The morning was grey, and the clouds were menacing. Somehow the sun started to break through and it became a beautiful day for a wedding. We knew the day was going to be amazing because it was being styled by Laurie + Nemo from Art in Bloem Wedding + Event Design. We had worked with Laurie + Nemo before and couldn’t wait to see what they had come up with in collaboration with Tamara.

Tamara had booked us for her wedding about a year ago. It was a good thing she did because it turned out to be the most popular day of the season for us. We ended up with 10 inquiries for this day over the course of the year! This is why we always tell our potential couples, “if you’re getting married in the fall, it’s the most popular time. Book us quickly!”

We first met Tamara, Dave + Rory at their engagement session at Avalon Orchards. We fell in love with Rory that day, and couldn’t wait to see her on the day of the wedding. She didn’t disappoint! Rory looked like a little princess and was such a good girl all day. I’m not going to lie, the first dance with Tamara, Dave and Rory had my eyes a little leaky.
